By accessing or using the Private-Core web application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to Private-Core are owned by KSE-LABS (Pty) Ltd. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without prior written consent.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Service Availability
KSE-LABS (Pty) Ltd strives to ensure that the Private-Core application is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the application at any time without notice.
Data Usage and Charges
The use of Private-Core may require an active internet connection. You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the application, including roaming charges if applicable.
Limitation of Liability
KSE-LABS (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data or profits.
Payment Terms for Private-Core Services
Users must pay the specified fees for access to Private-Core services. Payment must be completed before access is granted. Upon successful payment, users will be granted access to Private-Core services for the duration of their payment period.
In the event of a refund request, KSE-LABS will process the refund within 5 business days from the date of the request. Refunds will only be issued if the request is made in accordance with our refund policy.
Access to Private-Core services will be suspended in cases of non-payment. Users will be notified of the suspension and will have the opportunity to reinstate their access by completing the payment. Services will be reinstated immediately upon receipt of payment for any outstanding amounts.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law
